These terms govern access to brightmintagency.com. They do not create a ferry or casino contract.
Publisher
The site is published by BrightMint Agency LTD, Dorothy Dawson, 123 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9SH, United Kingdom. Domain: brightmintagency.com. Email: dorothyda@brightmintagency.org.
The publisher is a UK company. It is not a Norwegian shipowner, not a German terminal operator, and not a gambling concession-holder.
Fjord Crossing / Fjordpassasjen is the editorial name of this guide. It is not a Color Line fare class, not a cabin category, and not a Paf game title.
Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, leave the domain and use Color Line’s own pages instead.
Informational status
The website is an independent editorial guide. It is not the official website of Color Line AS, Color Fantasy, Color Magic or Paf.
Nothing here is an offer, invitation to treat, or statement of availability issued by those operators. Headlines are readings of public sources, not tickets.
We write in English and Norwegian so travellers can prepare. We do not replace the contract you will form, if you form one, with Color Line or another distributor.
Whois, footer and this page name the London publisher on purpose. Distance from Hjortnes is the point, not a disguise.
Featured hotel and casino
The real products described are Color Line’s Color Fantasy (2004, 966 cabins) and Color Magic (2007, 1,016 cabins) on the Oslo–Kiel route.
Terminals: Color Line AS, Filipstadveien 2, 0250 Oslo, and Norwegenkai, 24143 Kiel. Daily departure 14:00, arrival 10:00, as Color Line publishes.
A Paf-operated casino sits on deck 6. Color Line names slots, blackjack and roulette, and Color Poker on Color Magic. Age 18. Hours Color Line publishes: 07:00–09:45 and 14:15–01:00.
Public sources on this guide do not replace the operators’ notices on the day you travel. Storms, technical stops and house-rule changes are theirs.
No affiliation
We are not employed by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorised to bind Color Line, Paf, Google, Lotteritilsynet, or Norwegian or German authorities.
Trade marks, ship names and logos remain with their owners and appear only to identify the subject of the guide.
A photograph, a quoted hour, or a link to colorline.com is not a joint venture. It is a citation.
Do not tell a terminal clerk that “BrightMint confirmed the cabin.” We cannot confirm a cabin.
Booking and third-party services
Live reservations, payments, cancellations, invoices, meal sittings and vehicle check-in occur on Color Line or another distributor you choose. Their terms apply.
We do not collect ferry deposits, card details or passport scans on this domain.
Google Maps, web fonts, jsDelivr and outbound links are third-party services. Their outages are not a breach of these terms by us.
If Color Line’s engine is down, that is Color Line’s incident, not a BrightMint booking failure. We never held the inventory.
Inquiry forms
Submitting a form is a request for information or a non-binding reservation inquiry addressed to BrightMint Agency LTD.
It does not confirm a cabin, a rate, a vehicle lane, a spa slot, a casino table, or any product. No auto-reply is a ticket.
Do not send payment-card data, CVV codes, copies of ID, or someone else’s personal data. We may delete such mail unread beyond what we need to refuse it.
We may decline to answer operational questions that only Color Line can answer, and instead point you to +47 22 94 42 00 or colorline.com.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you take based on this guide, for outages, for third-party errors, for missed sailings, or for losses arising from gambling.
We are not liable for Color Line changing a timetable, a restaurant hour, a spa price or a casino opening window after we cited an older public page.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or Norway, mandatory rights in your country of residence remain. These terms do not ask you to waive them.
Accuracy and currency
Hours, menus, spa schedules, Wi-Fi packages and transport times change. We cite Color Line, Paf and Norwegian public law, but we cannot freeze a sailing the night you board.
Where a figure is unpublished — jackpots, live table counts, unpublished fares, RTP, seat maps for Color Poker — we leave the blank. Silence is not a hidden number.
If our page and Color Line’s page disagree, Color Line’s page wins for the ship. Write to us if you want the guide updated.
Legal citations (pengespilloven, ship lottery regulation, Lotteritilsynet) are signposts. They are not legal advice for your case.
Prices and availability
We do not display live cabin rates, meal prices, spa tickets or casino stake limits. Any price on a third-party site is that site’s responsibility.
An inquiry sent to us does not hold inventory. “Subject to availability” on Color Line is their clause, not ours.
Currency on board (NOK and EUR, ATM on deck 6) is Color Line’s published statement. We do not convert fares or freeze an exchange rate.
Promotions, Color Class inclusions and suite breakfast hours belong on Color Line’s live pages. We may describe them as last published; we do not honour them.
Age restrictions
Casino pages on this site are intended for adults. Color Line publishes an 18-year age limit for the onboard casino.
Color Line also publishes: nightclubs Tower (Fantasy) and Palazzo (Magic) 20+; 2-day cruises 20+; children under 16 cannot travel alone.
You must not use this site to plan under-age gambling. The age overlay is a website control, not a door check.
Pets are not allowed on 2-day cruises according to Color Line. That is an operator rule we report; we do not issue pet tickets.
Responsible gambling
Gambling is entertainment, not an income strategy. If play stops being fun, stop.

Intellectual property
Site text, layout, CSS, scripts and generated editorial images are owned by the publisher or licensed to it.
Official Color Line photographs, logos and deck plans remain with their rights-holders. Do not copy our pages into a fake “official” ferry shop.
Our images are original generated editorial artwork. They are atmospheric. They are not a documentary floor plan of a specific sailing.
You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not scrape the guide to train a competing booking portal or to impersonate Color Line.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, flood the inbox, disrupt the host, or introduce malware.
Automated harvesting of this guide for another commercial booking portal is not permitted without our written consent.
Do not frame the site so that it appears to be Color Line. Do not remove publisher marks from copies you are allowed to keep for personal use.
We may block IP addresses that attack the host. That is a traffic measure, not a judgement on your right to sail.

Links to Color Line, Paf, Lotteritilsynet, Hjelpelinjen, Lovdata and maps are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, uptime or booking outcomes.
A green button that says “Official Color Line” still opens a third-party site. Read that site’s terms before you pay.
We do not control search ads that may sit above Color Line’s own results. Those ads are not this publisher.
Broken links should be reported to dorothyda@brightmintagency.org. Operator errors should be reported to the operator.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the guide, the law or the featured ships’ public facts change.
Continued use after a change means you accept the updated text, except where the law requires a fresh agreement.
Material changes — a new publisher address, a new payment feature (which we do not currently offer), or a new optional cookie — will be visible on this page.
We will not hide a booking engine inside a terms footnote. If we ever took payment, this section would have to say so in plain language first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction for disputes arising from the publisher, except where the law assigns another forum.
A dispute with Color Line about a sailing is not a dispute under these terms. Take that to Color Line’s contract and the forum that contract names.
Nothing in this clause limits your right to bring a consumer claim in your home court where European or Norwegian law gives you that right.
